Challenge
CBRE wanted a property search that felt as clear and trustworthy as the firm itself, from finding a listing to reaching a broker.
As part of a larger strategic exercise, I explored three visual directions for the future property search experience.

Process
An inspiration wall of architecture, editorial design, maps and interfaces helped CBRE stakeholders converge on four brand experience qualities: Adaptive, Prescient, Illuminating and Streamlined.
These brand experience attributes led the design for a set of style studies that illustrated potential visual design directions for the new search experience. Prescient and Illuminating were combined into a single direction, giving three studies in all.
